Framed 1800s Hand Tinted Classical Lithograph Depicting Istanbul (?), Beautifully Matted and Framed Fine best Art Salvage

This is a beautiful, detailed, and intricate hand tinted lithograph of what might be Istanbul, based on the designs of the buildings, the river, and the dress of the people. The lithograph appears hand tinted and is likely from the 1800s, but I have not disassembled the piece to see the lithograph out of the frame. The hand tinting best is subtle, and the piece has more of a sepia look, and the scene offers an impressive scale. This lithograph is in quite good condition, apparently framed in an archival fine art frame which is wood that has been painted black. Beautifully double matted and under glass, this is wired and ready to hang. The frame measures about 11" high and 13" wide and the frame is 3/4" deep, and the sight size is about 5" by 7". Lovely and sophisticated presentation in good condition.
