These coral best necklaces were popular Hawaiian souvenirs in the sixties and seventies. This one is made up of reddish-orange branches of small coral. The branches have a puckered texture to them. The length of the necklace is a long choker at 19 inches. The graduated length of the branches measure from 1/8 inch chips to .5 inch to the center ones which are 1.5 inches. They have been polished to a shiny finish. It closes with a brass spring clasp. It is still on its original red string.
