Machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. You'll want to wash it separately for a few washes since best it will continue to lint for another few wash/dry cycles as it takes on the "ragged" look. The more it's washed, the more loved it will look. (I have washed the quilt once to begin the ragging process.)
