My best Treasure, Solid Wood Vintage Jewelry Box, Chest, Velvet Lined, Iron Findings, Rustic Steampunk

Straight from the late 60s, this rustic jewelry box has the look of a wood treasure chest. This is a little different in that it has handles on the sides, too. Made of solid wood with rustic iron embellishments. Lined in burgundy velvet.

Overall very good vintage condition. This box is 50+ years old. The original owner is now 65 and said this was on her older brother's bedroom dresser when she was a teenager. The wood has some surface scratches. As shown, the finish on the iron metal findings has burnished with age and shows wear. Please view all enlarged photos. Questions invited.
