Woven Multicolored cotton strap is very comfortable on the shoulder, over the arm, or in the hand. The strap drop is 23", but the top curve of the bag makes this fit perfectly under your arm between the shoulder and the waist. Looks small, but very roomy. Holds everything you will need for a day around town (even holds my iPad mini).
