This figurine is 4” tall, 4” wide and the trademark (6 Missing Bee) places the manufacture of this piece Circa 1979-1989. This figurine has no chips, mars, best crazing or repairs, it is in MINT condition. It was created by master sculptor Gerhard Skrobek in 1959.

Sister Hummel had a love of children and sketched them in various situations. This young girl is hard at work scrubbing the wooden floors with a scrub brush and bucket. She is wearing her babushka and apron! This is so cute and a must have for collectors!! There is such beautiful detail in this hand painted figure - so typical of the quality of Goebel's porcelain figurines.
