Antique best Porcelain Vase- Boat Scene- Asian Style

This is a gorgeous hand painted porcelain vase I believe made
In the 1930's or 1940's in Japan. It is white porcelain with vibrant blue and amber red and yellow hand painted on the vase. It depicts boats on the ocean. The vase is approximately 9 inches tall and on the base it is 2 3/4 inches wide and the top rim is 2 1/2 inches wide. This vase is very old so it does have some imperfections:

There is a chip on rim of the vase in the back. You cannot see it when the vase is on a shelf. Pictures are on listing
The White porcelain on back is slightly discolored-I have tried to show that in the pictures.
The top of the rim is slightly discolored. I have also attached pictures of that.
