WWII Japanese Armbands (set of 4) Authentic (1940s) best

Authentic (NOT reproduction!) set of 4 Japanese Armbands (2 white with characters; 1 red with characters; 1 plain blue): please see photos for condition and details; each armband is 8 3/4" long by 3 3/4" wide. best Goggle Translation states the white armband with black characters reads "safety," and the red armband with stitching reads" Director General." Condition varies with each armband: blue and white bands are in "good" condition, red band shows some wear and small holes. Please see photos.
