An original design, hand-painted using custom-mixed premium acrylics on 18 count Zweigart cotton canvas on the grain. Size shown is design size, plus 1-1/2 inch additional canvas on all size for ease of stitching and finishing.

Price is for canvas only. There are so many wonderful threads at your local needlework retailer that I'm choosing for the moment not to kit this design. Upon placing your order, I'll recommend your nearest retailer and provide some thread suggestions. By the time you find the right threads, your doggo will be waiting for you when you get home (don't they always!).

I have been designing canvas work for more than 10 years, and have stitched since I was 9. There wasn't an Etsy back then, and a very limited selection of threads and motifs. I stitch to this day, every day for at least 10 minutes. Stitching is creative, tactile, rewarding, best and portable. It can also improve mental health and physical agility. Enjoy!
