Parrot best Tutu Costume Dress

Our Parrot Tutu Costume Dress is so beautiful!

The bodice is red with a red tulle skirt. The back of the dress is in layers to look like the tail of a parrot. The tail is made with royal blue, green, yellow, and red tulle.


I will need three measurements - please include these in the notes.
1. Bust measurement - measure all the way around the chest (this measurement goes in the bust drop down box.)
2. Length measurement from waist to knees (this measurement will be what you select in the length drop down box.)
3. Measurement from waist to ankles - please put in the notes to seller box.
4. Measurement from armpit to waist - please put in the notes to seller box.

The length in the drop down best menu is the length you need to select that is her knee length.
