A beautiful Victorian visiting Card Case , to hold your calling cards and those you receive , a sign of wealth to own such an item .
The case is inlaid with mother of Pearl front best and back , there is a slight curve to the case .
The case opens with a small push in button , inside is clean and bright.
The case is lined with a blue silk , in the centre a concertina of spaces for your cards , each is edged with gold .
A wonderful-piece of Social history .
The case is in good condition with a small chip on one end .picture 8 .
The case has not been cleaned and comes in Original antique condition.
