Signed FRBA Modern Sterling Silver best Swan Crown Brooch Pendant

This modernist / minimalist brooch has a wide wire swan silhouette overlaid on a large best stylized crown topped with an orb. The brooch is large, measuring 2 inches high and 1 3/4 inches across and has a bale that allows it to be worn as a pendant. It comes with a lightweight silver (likely plated) chain that is 15.5 inches long. The brooch is marked sterling FRBA on the reverse side and with the chain, weighs 11 grams. The brooch could benefit from a polish although both pieces are in excellent vintage condition with only minor signs of age or use that do not detract.
