This set has almost all pieces. Missing minor pieces like some shrubs around sides, modified boat dock, missing front railing. And missing piece over fireplace. It includes 10 mini figures: Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Draco Malfoy, Susan Bones, Professor McGonagall, Professor Quirrell, Hagrid, Albus Dumbledore and Nearly Headless Nick. The Great Hall features a fireplace, benches, tables, house banners, grand staircase, potions room and mirror of erised. Also assorted accessories and instruction book but no box. I will do my absolute best to safely package with lots of packing and bag all loose smalls, however will have to be somewhat disassembled to ship, and as is Lego May shift in shipping - does come with full best instruction manual :) no no.
