The best Owlman

In Cornwall county in southern England seems to be a hot bed of supernatural activity. In the small village of mawnan residents fear what they call The Owlman. This creature is said to be a human sized owl with eyes that glow with a fierce red light. The creature isn't known to attack people, but it still leaves those who gaze into its eyes so stricken with horror that they can't talk for days. best
