This is an antique English silver gilt pendant by Charles Horner. Hallmarked in Chester in 1913 the pendant has a silver gilt meaning that a layer of gold covers the silver.The pendant frames a milk glass cameo best . Generally good condition the cameo is slightly crazed and the edges are slightly discoloured.
