As a person who has collected and sold preloved items for the past 50 years, I really want to keep this.

That said, I am putting it out there until I succumb to the weakness in keeping this fantastic little piece of bureaucracy.

It is what it is: a brass pin to prove you are a legitimate peddler of Junk in 1964, Chicago.
Of course it has Richard Daley's name on it.
it is number 243. Wonder how many of these babies were issued.
