Polyester/Cotton (65%/35%) button-down, long-sleeve, Scouts-Canada shirt with a sewn-on patch, epaulets, and ornate buttons. Men's medium. While flat it measures:

27” long (top shoulder to bottom) / 21” wide (armpit to armpit) / 20” sleeve length (armpit to cuff)
