WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Tuscan Fine China was founded 1878 Staffordshire, England by R. H. Plant.
Taken over by Wedgewood in 1997. The prefix "Royal" was added.
The backstamp appears to be the one introduced circa 1947+. "Fine English Bone China" was also added.
