Large mug from the Sera pattern created in 1968 by Inger Waage for Stavangerflint of Norway.

Beautifully glazed, with delicate nature illustrations.

Waage's designs were so popular that Stavangerflint opened a studio best dedicated to her work - she remained faithful to the company throughout her commercial life - even when they moved their headquarters out of her hometown.

She maintained her studio practice too, once she retired from the company.
