LIGHT – Full sun to partial shade; they love lots of direct sunlight

WATER - Almost never needs water

SOIL – 30-70% grit.  best Likes dry soil.  Tolerates poor soil with thorns, spines

COLD TOLERANCE - Zones 8b - 11b

DORMANCY - Winter

PROPAGATION – Cuttings, seed, pads

TOXICITY - Not toxic but careful of the spines

SHIPPING - We want your plants to arrive to you safe and happy. To that end we package them as if we were shipping to our own mother. Sometimes a few leaves may drop or color may change in transit but don't worry. It's perfectly normal and your plant will most likely take a few days to re-acclimate to its new home. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We try to ship on Mondays and Tuesdays so that your babies aren't stranded somewhere hostile along the way over the weekend. If you're in a hurry and prefer a different arrangement, please email us and let us know. And if you're in a cold location, consider including a shipping warmer ($5/ea) just to be safe.
