This Princess Belle dress will be the hit of any celebration. Not like any costume that you would find in a store. It is super poofy. She will feel like a Princess and twirl everywhere. The yellow crochet top is lined, making it soft and not see-through! The dress is made with golden yellow tulle. There are golden roses adorning the top of the ruffles.
