Originally a book, this item has been upcycled to a purse by removing the pages and adding black denim with lace overlay side panels, they have also been folded in a bit and a button added to give an added touch to the design.

A denim strip that folds over the book opening and a magnetic closure clasp. The book binding as a strip of leather to enforce the bottom. An antique piece of lace is adhered to the front of the book cover as an accent, best the back of the purse is plain.

The inside of the purse is the original book paper- a nice fall tree scene. the bottom has a strip added to give a solid inside base.

The strap is made from upcycled denim on one side and lace on the other to match the overall design of the purse.

All materials used in this product have been upcycled: denim, lace, book, and buckle.
