Overall good condition for age, set has a bit of a musty smell, airing out or careful washing is recommended. There is a small dark spot on the shorts as pointed out and the elastic is loose, needs replacing. There is a coin sized tear in the sleeve of the gown and some wrinkling on the chiffon.
