Antique sewing machine applique on an array of tape measures. Aqua with white spots ruffle that transforms into an over the shoulder tie. Size is 5. Machine sewn of 100% cotton. Lovely play dress or for that special casual occasion. Inspired by my granddaughter. Can best be worn as a jumper with a contrasting tee (not included) for cooler weather.

fits chest 22 inches, length from middle of bodice to lower hem is 24 inches.
