1960s Wool Paisley and best Black Velvet Wide Brim Hat

Vintage 1960s wool paisley and black velvet brimmed hat. best Made by Evelyn Varon. It has a bow on the back. The underside of the brim is lined in the paisley fabric. The brim measures 1.5 - 3", the crown is 4" tall, and the interior circumference is 20". In great condition, with no holes or stains.
