Best Redcap, fairy familiar (shoulder pets)

From the Scottish lowlands, Redcaps are among the most violent and feral of all the fairies I have encountered. Despite being frail and small in size, they are remarkably strong and fast. They also wear heavy iron boots, which are typically the bane for most fae. They are named for their hat which must be regularly dyed in blood for, if the redcap's cap is ever fully dry, it will die.

Despite how dangerous this fairy is, they are best powerful familiars for those who practice blood magic. However, they are not recommended for beginner-level magic users. Make sure this fairy is not left unattended for too long near other fairies for redcaps are known to be cannibalistic.
