Autumn Fire best - Knitted Mini-Shawl

This shawl best has been hand knitted in a vibrant sock yarn in shades of reds, pinks & dark green, so evocative of the colours of autumn leaves at the moment. The stitch pattern is a classic leaf motif used in Shetland knitting.

As this has been made from robust sock yarn, it is very hardwearing and can be thrown into the washing machine and ironed with no fear of it coming to grief.

The shawl measures 53 inches (135 cm) widthways and approx 24 inches (60 cm) from top to central point.

The shawl looks great used as a scarf too.
