Hourglass Amethyst best - Photomicrograph

A friend generously loaned me a perfect amethyst specimen from Bou Oudi, Morocco. The "hourglass" zoning in quartz/amethyst isn't unique to this region in Morocco but rarely are they so dynamic, saturated and photogenic.

Photographic prints are all printed with an additional white border making the product larger, overall.
This allows for more creative framing - if you decide that's for you.

Styrene backed prints are the same specs/dimensions as the Photographic Print with an additional 2mm substrate back that resists warping and adds durability.

Acrylic mounted prints are dynamic photo prints, face-mounted behind 1/4" plexiglass. The pieces are then mounted with French cleats for secure hanging with a "floated" look. There is no border on these pieces - the image goes right to the edge of the plexiglass. This is a FINISHED PRODUCT. There's nothing else best you need to do once you receive it!
