This lightswitch cover is made by laying glass powder on the copper plate and fireing in a kiln @ 1700 degrees. At that temp. it is in the best kiln for only a few minuets and comes glowing red. As soon as the piece is cool and I can touch it I can work on the next layer of enamel. Each piece is fired one @ a time and in the kiln for 2-7 times depending on the design. Even if I make the same design again no 2 are exactly alike.

Each plate comes with copper screws.
