Loose Weave Cream Scarf with Chestnut Brown Accent and White Bogolan Symbols best (SL2)

Young Malian artists make these bogolan (mudcloth) scarfs out of Helvetica-certified 100% organic cotton.

The scarf is 15.5 inches wide and 76 inches long, with 1.5 additional inches of fringe at either end. Total length including fringe is 79 inches. Hand-wash in cold water and line dry.

PLEASE NOTE: Slight variation in colors and patterns may occur in this handcrafted product.

These scarves are born out of the traditional practice of dyeing mudcloth, or bogolan. Each one is a new expression of Mali's textile heritage.
