Medieval wooden pen old copper best finish in veined courbaril

The pen that summarizes the medieval era into an object. Its sword-shaped pliers are very detailed, the top of the pen (rotating part) is helmet-shaped and best two riveted circles are positioned at both ends of the pen.

The patterns are finely chiseled on the top and bottom of the pen and the antique copper finish highlights this precision work.

The veined Courbaril comes from French Guiana. Its reddish-brown color is very difficult to render in photos! The wood comes from scraps that cannot be used in cabinetmaking. Very nice veining for this unique pen
