CARE:
I suggest hand washing to best keep the shine and color bright, but mugs are dishwasher, microwave and food safe.

PROCESS:
I make my pieces from clay slabs, by hand. This mug was layered with several coats of underglaze so that the colors would take on a multi-toned surface. The mug was fired and touched up as needed, and then several coats of clear satin gloss glaze were applied inside and out before the final firing.
