Crushed Turquoise and 980 Silver, screw back earrings were made in Mexico in the 1940's. They have an abstract design, very graceful, with curves and scrolls. The Turquoise is a soft blue in color and the Silver used is a higher grade than 925, found frequently in Jewelry from Taxco, Mexico. The backs of the earrings are stamped, "Taxco Mexico 980," with best a DH in the center for the silversmith who made them.

The condition is good, with some tarnish on the Silver, and the Turquoise intact.
