Best French tart headpiece

best Natural sinamay tart base approx. 10cm diameter, 2cm high filled ‘custard' (yellow dyed unbleached cotton), artificial berries (dark reddish black and ‘sugared' red), ‘kiwi fruit' (green sinamay), ‘orange rind' (silk abaca) and an artificial strawberry. The entire piece measures approx. 8cm from base of tart to top of spoon. It is mounted on a silver coloured metal headband. No hat size required.
