Misses Bouffant Evening Dress, circa 1940

A gala occasion dress designed in the elegant manner. The fitted bodice has a halter neckline. The silhouette of the bouffant skirt is accented by encircling narrow cording and ribbon bows. View A: Midriff and upper section of skirt are in contrast.


Pattern Condition: Used, Uncut, Complete

Pattern Pieces: Pieces have foxing and a few small edge tears. Also, Belt piece #8 was repaired with archival mending tissue (see photo).

Instructions are tanned with foxing and some edge tears

Envelope is tanned with foxing and numerous archival mending tissue repairs
