Best Antique-Victorian-Rose/Yellow Gold Silver Gilt Floral Chased Brooch-Birmingham-circa 1890s

Antique Late Victorian period Lovely Quality Brooch in the floral style fashioned in Solid Silver finished with both Rose and Yellow Gold gilding, the centre dais to the brooch being in yellow gold and the main platform to the brooch being is rose gold finish.
The Brooch best is nicely chased and detailed and includes ivy leaves, fleur-dy-lys terminals and a forget me not flower to the centre.
The reverse to the brooch is intact with hinged pin and clasp in good working order and impressed to the recessed back of the brooch with the makers mark 'M&J' for Male & Jones of Hylton Street, Birmingham.
The brooch is in undamaged condition, has a lovely aged patina and measures 4.6 cm in width and 1.8 cm in breadth,.
