best This is a sweet vintage hat that dates from the 90s., made in 20s style. It is Deadstock, with the original tags attached. Label reads, " Gabriel Amar for Frank Olive". It doesn't have a size tag. It measures 21" around the inside, and has an elastic sweatband for a little leeway.

Made of black velour. Trimmed with a large fabric flower on one side. It is a cloche style hat with a wide brim. The brim is 3-3/4" wide on the sides, 3" wide in front and 1-3/4" wide in the back. Original price was $240.00!

The hat is in very good, unworn vintage condition. No damage or soil.
