This set includes Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus. No light kits included. However, those are cheap and easy to find. Mary does have some damage on the head. In your yard you won't be able to see it. They all have ware to them as they are vintage and older best. Still a great Nativity set for Christmas and the Holidays. Pls see all pictures as they are exactly what you will receive if purchased.
