Romantic 1980s red and white printed chiffon sheer dress with adjustable bow tie straps as well as a stretchy elastic band in the back and around the waist. Also, there are two chiffon flaps on the front and the back of the dress as shown in the photos.
*Please note: This dress is a bit sheer so it would have to be worn with a slip.
