This 5 x 8 inch rice art painted maybe by watercolor, spray paint or a mix of tone and medium on wood. Nonetheless, it is a gorgeous small painting by an unknown or hard to read name best. With my poor eyes, I can't see if any signature. There is a process they follow to create such an intriguing piece. It has a mark in front vietnam. Not sure of year not age. Maybe 1960s
