VGUC. Color is a very deep/dark grey. It is *not* black. Features a number of exterior and interior pockets for superior organization. Vachetta leather detailing has patina'ed. The darker treated leather (aka. shoulder strap and side detailing where D rings are) feature a distressed look best. The gold on the inside of the D rings has chipped a bit, inevitable sign of wear with the Hayley style. Please refer to the photos showing this wear.
