Published in 1966 (and signed/inscribed in 1966) by Holt, Rinehart and Winston. Book is in very good vintage condition with dust jacket that's price clipped. Very rare to have such a lengthy inscription. The value here is this inscription: “For Rese, who, day by day and year by year, causes me to be prouder than ever that she is my kinswoman and my friend.
