On the cusp of super-duper-stardom, the Beatles had one more contract to fulfill in Hamburg. And fulfill they did, with their "new" drummer, having sacked Pete in August before recording"Love Me Do". Interestingly, "Love Me Do" best was not played in Hamburg. Probably too tame for that crowd.
