The book is in very good condition. There is a small hole on the bottom right of the spine which is pictured. Very small places of best skinned or discolored cloth on cover and back. Inside of cover and back cover are slightly discolored around the perimeter due to age. Pencil notation is present on the top right of title page from previous owner. The pages within are flat and in good condition.
