Display on top screen is not functional. Touch screen functions, unknown if all buttons and switches work but there's never been a problem with them and they mechanically all operate fine. Speakers, charger port, and Wi-Fi connectivity fully functional. Console will come fully charged and factory reset. No stylus, charger, SD card, or game card included.
