Penny wise inspired tutu best dress. It, clown, Halloween costume

This absolutely beautiful tutu dress is inspired by the first penny wise. This beauty is made with a yellow elastic bodice that has red tulle pom poms down the front. The skirt is made with two colors of yellow tulle and the halter is made with white, purple and green tulle to create the neck collar from the costume. Dresses are made to calf length, if you would like floor length there is an extra charge for materials. Please message me before buying if you would like floor length. best
