Vintage Velvet/Velour brimmed Top Hat with Pheasant Feathers best 1950s

Beautiful arrangement of Pheasant Feathers!
Stiff top hat style construction.
Low-Pile Velvet/Velour drop brim.
Inside is lined in black acetate-like material.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Some feathers are no longer glued into place under net covering, though the net is snug and keeps feather in place with minimal best movement.
