Item is pre-owned. From what I can tell, this item is the "Monroe" model best. Please keep in mind that this is a used item, and will show some signs of wear. Condition: Some very light wear on some of the hardware around the base handles and the feet. No visible signs of damage. The only thing that I can see that is wrong with this bag is that it is missing the heart charm which is normally attached by a leather strap.
