Natural best born mutant

This is natural born mutant. It was found dead in a dumpster. Noone knows where it came from or what it is. Is it a deformed fetus, are aliens splicing or dna together or is our government trying to create a super race? It is 9.5" tall by 6.5"wide. This best upcycled doll used to be a baby alive. I sculpted air dry clay over most of the body. Then i hand painted a skin colored base coat. Then i shaded all the lumps and bumps to show depth.
