Antique best vase-Circa 1900 or before...

this is a beautiful antique vase or toothpick holder..This was given to me by my aunt who collected early 1900 pieces as well as 1800..I'm not sure if this is from 1800's or early 1900's...this piece has 24 carrot guild applied in various places..The bottom has 3 slash marks and the piece sits on 6 tiny feet...

This piece best is 2 1/8" tall...
